We As One was created in 2018, to bring women together across the state of Michigan for worship & prayer. Ministry leader, Shanise Ollie, formed a team of passionate women who serve in ministry in various capacities. These women are devoted to helping women grow spiritually.

From there an online community was built. The community set out to encourage a generation of women to pursue change, insight, and growth in their daily walk with Christ. WAO Online Community currently provides online Bible studies, ministry series, mentoring and leadership training.
